Whatever your fitness level, our qualified instructors will get to know your body and help you to achieve your unique goals. We will help you stay motivated and get the results you desire. 

Sessions can be face to face or remote whichever you prefer, all at a time to suit you. 

Single sessions or special offers for 5 or 10 sessions booked at a time are available.

pilates - live zoom classes

Our bodies can do amazing things – In the pay as you go live zoom classes, we’ll empower you to use your body to its true potential, through building core stability and improving posture, coordination, flexibility and strength.

The classes cater for everyone. There are lots of options given throughout so you work at your own level.

pilates - on demand

Get unlimited access to the full library of on demand videos from the on demand library which is added to regularly. 

Classes available for all levels of fitness, all ages and all abilities. 

You work at your own pace, in your own time.

Some classes focus on a specific part of the body but they are all full body workouts.
